I tried to place an online order and as I got to the payment pages the items disappeared from my basket...! So I emailed Hawkins Bazaar and requested their help. I got a dismissive response...so I placed my order again, which has arrived - super. I notice that the 15% discount applicable has not happened...so I'm not happy and feel like give a very poor or poor rating, but have been generous under the circumstances and given an average rating.
