I visited the Dundee Overgate store on the 3rd of November and was greeted by Scott. I myself work in retail and I know how important it is to know that a customer has left happy. I did not purchase anything on the day but I was rather interested to learn more about drones. Scott took his time to explain the main characteristics of those thqt fit my requirements. I can say it was the best customer service experience I have had in a while. Thank you Scott!
