Really slow replies to emails asking after orders.
Yodel their chosen courier, doesn't that say everything.
Non delivery of orders, lies about deliveries so to avoid taking photograph. (Parcel was handed to resident).
"We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you" But when? No timescale.
My experience has been so bad I would award no stars if I could.
How much longer must I wait for refund?
