I bought agapanthus fireworks spring 20/24 . It has bloomed all summer , it's now late October ! Everyday is a absolute pleasure to see this beautiful plant still in bloom . Iv never grown this plant before ! Planning lots more space to add to this beautiful display next year . Thanks guys , agapanthus convert looking forward to planting n enjoying this amazing flower all next year . Well done

Absolute waste of money. Ordered 3 x night scented phlox plants at 5 pound each, expected decent sized plants not plug plants. Potted them up in small pots and kept them in conservatory, but they look very weak and I don't think they will survive. Had much bigger healthier plants from the supermarket for less money, will never buy from Hayloft again.

I wish I had read previous complaints. I ordered bird feeders. which were in stock (I checked) now all of a sudden they wont be available till August. I had already paid for these and PP. I will write to Simon King to advise him not to let this company sell his products. Auto replies to emails and when they did finally reply they said I had confirmed this date and plants were being nurtured - I pointed out to them in large letters so they could see it I NEVER ORDERED PLANTS. I've asked for a refund.. I wonder how long that will take. please don't buy anything from this company. they only want your money. ZERO STARS

Absolutely dreadful service - don't waste your money, give it to your local garden centre instead! I've waited two working weeks for a bag of compost costing £19.00 - I'm still waiting. The Nemesia plants I bought cost £35.00 [after a ten day wait they've finally arrived] - check out the photos attached and yes, that is a 10p piece! The positives? We've never laughed so much in our house, also - we're going to buy from our local garden centre from now on. My sympathies go out to the people on the Hayloft switchboard - you can tell they're used to complaints!

Absolute waste of time. Don't use them they take your money for products immediately and fail to deliver after you make several enquiries and promises of delivery eventualy they tell you there are issues with growers, this is after waiting for 4 months. This is the second time they have used this excuse. Customer service would suggest that these people have the courtesy to keep customers informed of delays/issues. We have asked for our money back hopefully they are a bit more efficient at refunds than they are at providing a service.

If I could give them zero I would but it just does allow you to do so!!!! Ordered and paid for a bird feeder on the 16th of May still waiting the delivery . Sent off a email to customer services (hahahahah) which says the Hayloft Girls will get back to you shortly. Do not consider this lot with giving them a single penny. They are a scamming site

YOU WILL REGRET IT. Do NOT contemplate buying your plants from Hayloft. Plant quality shocking if even alive. NOT small plants they are plugs definitely not 'garden ready'. EMAILS not replied to. Complaints ignored. Yodel their 'chosen' courier. That says it all.

I have been a customer for about 10 years but like all reviews on this page have been very disappointed with quality of plants recently. They are very small and not in good health; several have not grown at all so I will not be buying from Hayloft again

What went right would be a more appropriate question. Long delays again and again with plants yet no hesitation in taking your money. Really slow replies to emails asking after orders. Yodel their chosen courier, doesn't that say everything. Non delivery of orders, lies about deliveries so to avoid taking photograph. (Parcel was handed to resident). "We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you" But when? No timescale. My experience has been so bad I would award no stars if I could. How much longer must I wait for refund? GIVE HAYLOFT A MISS would be my advice.

Do not use this company. Throughly unprofessional. They are re-sellers and do not hold stock so you are at the mercy of one of their suppliers actually having the plants you ordered. No communication about 'delays' and the website doesn't work. I've twice had to ask for my money back after delays of 5 or 6 weeks.

Dreadful - sent the wrong plants. 3 months later only, after much valuable and irreplaceable growing time I'm left with the most revoltingly coloured begonias. They take nearly a week to reply and say, sorry, wrong plants, here's a refund. Disgusting and my front deck is now an aesthetic nightmare. Don't touch them with a barge pole.

I bought a Standard Wisteria 5-6 years ago and it still hasn't flowered. When I phoned about two years ago to complaine they told me it would be five years before ti flowered. The pictures in their brochure are lovely but they don't match the quality of their plants. Would never think of purchasing from them again.

Hardly any of the lupin plugs survived. The delphiniums plugs have just arrived after a very long wait. Not in good condition, very leggy and weak. Poor plants. Will not be buying from Hayloft again.

I ordered with hayloft several times over several years none of the plants ever survived I used to complain to them and they would send out another batch that didn't survive. I heard these plants are grown all year round at great speeds under glass like a giant factory churning them out 24 hours a day then are packed up to be sent. The only time they see the outside world is when you open them and examine the small weak plants and hope they will make it through which invariably they don't. There's no customer service and hayloft try to buy you off by asking you to take down your reviews of them or offer you "free" plants that also die. The worst company I have come across along with "parkers" who have followed a similar business model for 50 years with no I'll effect for themselves.

Happy with what I recieved, I have had no luck with the first batch of hellebores but they sent me another batch and that was great. What would be really helpful is the size of flowers and I havd bought things that on thd pictures they are much bigger than what I grow. I also bought some scented balls that mounted to nothing but I was very busy & forgot to ask them to send another batch, so they have never came out!!

Every time I order plants from you they are very small. I paid £15 for two pampas grass plants which at the moment are in flower. What did I get just a few stems and roots. I will not be ordering from you again.

Why advertise and sell goods that you don’t have ? My order is apparently being grown by someone else and they do not have any idea if they might have it ready this year . Dreadful customer service - have requested an immediate refund .

Ordered 12 “Pesky Penstemon “ and 3 Astrantia they took nearly three weeks to come and 4 of the penstemon were dead contacted customer service and they sent 4 more out which again did not look too good.However I potted them up but within 2days they withered and have died. I don’t know whether the fault lies with the nursery or the length of time they are with the carrier but I would never use them again
