Wish the warning that nothing can be opened if there is a possibility of return had been more prominent. I would not have slept on a pillow in plastic in any case.
Having done the assessment, I came out a 27. Your staff phoned and highly recommended an 18 so I went with that. I'm not 100% happy with the 18 but a return would be at my expense because I automatically opened everything. Some improvement possible here.
