Comfortable and loved the customer service, actually got a call from them to review the thickness requirement which was very nice in an age where that personal touch is often lacking.
However my one beef is that once removed from the packaging there is no way to tell whether a pillow is size 18 or 21, so hubs and I guess whose pillow is whose. Perhaps there is a way to put a brand with size on the pillows?
