The first 2-3 days I wasn’t sure if this pillow was soft enough for me. It only took another night and I realized it was a perfect fit!
The process of buying a Headleveler was solid. I could customize based on me. And if that wasn’t enough I received a call from someone to go over my answers and made a couple of suggested tweaks which gave me a different pillow. This is what I call REAL customer service!
