There is a survey for choosing the pillow on the website, wiith height and weight and shoulders and sleep position. It suggested a “30” pillow.
I ordered.
I was contacted by customer service suggesting a 26 or 24 instead.
I took their word for it.
The pillow they sent is hard and flat. Only comfortable when lying on my back which is not how I sleep. Causing ear and shoulder pain
I don’t know their rationale for the switch, maybe it was just what they had in stock. Decided to give it a try but was very disappointed. Waste of money.
