Not as comfortable as I hoped. It does support my neck somewhat better than others but tends to compact easily and is difficult to fluff. It would be nice if you could remove or add some of the stuffing. I was especially unsatisfied when the seal broke the first time I laid my head on the pillow to try it! It was inevitable since it was sealed so tightly. As stated, once the seal is broken the item is not returnable. Not very happy about that since I would have liked to try the softer version.
