I wanted to love this pillow. It's a great shape and height with baffling to keep everything in place and customer service was really responsive when I had a question, but unfortunately, the pillow is a brick and the casing is very stiff. If you like a *very* firm pillow, this is for you! I need a much softer pillow with the same initial loft. I kept the pillow because it was difficult to ascertain how stuff the pillow was in the packaging, and the shipping costs to and from were enough to make returning not worthwhile for me, but I'll end up donating the pillow.
