These are my absolute favourite pillows. They are firm but not too firm. I got in an accident when I was pregnant and started seeing a chiropractor. They recommended these pillows to me. I’ve had my first one for 9 years and I loved it so much I just bought 2 brand new ones in 2023. They are very comfy but do take a couple nights to break in. I never sleep without this pillow anymore and I take it with me when I travel!
