I have been through both the Health Coaching and Life Coaching program at HCI and believe that both programs are exceptional. When I first started HCI I thought that Health Coaching for me but as soon as I went through the Life Coaching program I realized this is what I have been waiting for all along. The tools they have given me has changed my life, my work, and the direction of my life. I not only happier in my personal life, but I am connecting and helping people like I have never done before. I appreciate the content and the tribe that comes with HCI. I would not be where I am today if it wasnt for HCI. I am so grateful.
