Sent the wrong product, still waiting for what I ordered after a week. No response to my email, when I called it was answered with "Hello" rather the "Good morning, Health Paradigm, Jane speaking how can I help you?". Advised she was in hospital hence my email was not answered so no contingency in place to cover such eventualities. Sorry to hear the owner was in hospital but customers still need to be serviced regardless.
