“Do not order from this company! The are frauds and steal your money! Not only do they take your money, they do not respond to any emails or calls. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered a product on 23rd October, got no confirmation of order until I emailed and sent a contact form a week or two later, I got no reply to either but suddenly got confirmation of the order. A month after ordering I got confirmation from the delivery company that it was on it's way - nothing from Health Paradigm. Then a few days after that an email to say there was a delay. I've heard nothing since. I emailed Health Paradigm again telling them about the delayed delivery but still not receiving the product and what a surprise, nothing from them. There's no phone number to ring and they ignore my emails. They've taken my money and I have no product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If they respond on here and sort the problem out I'd be only too willing to update the review. Feels like a scam company to me so far or they're going out of business and have the cheek and lack of integrity to take people's money anyway knowing they're not going to fulfill the order.”

“9 weeks waiting and no one comes back, I have emailed, rang and contacted through social media. I am only asking for an update or a refund. Absolutely disgraceful service.”

“Sent the wrong product, still waiting for what I ordered after a week. No response to my email, when I called it was answered with "Hello" rather the "Good morning, Health Paradigm, Jane speaking how can I help you?". Advised she was in hospital hence my email was not answered so no contingency in place to cover such eventualities. Sorry to hear the owner was in hospital but customers still need to be serviced regardless.”

“I have been purchasing products from Health Paradigm for a while and have found Jaina most helpful in advising me as to which product would be most appropriate for my current needs . She explained the need for simplicity when embarking on a recovery from ,in my case, a combination of health issues which are interelated as most are...She likes to talk to customers and knows her stuff !”
