The order was marked as sent one day, but Australia Post did not have a record of the parcel until 1.5 weeks later. I did email in between and no one replied. Then there was a delay with Aus Post which is no fault of Health Co, however, when my order arrived incorrect, with the wrong flavour, no one replied to my email. Unfortunately I found the customer service to be a problem. The items were fine.
