This review is based on your Bovine Collagen product. I found it pleasant to take and while not sure it improved my health it certainly didn't do any harm. I changed to the Marine Collagen powder but as I have only been using it for 2 days I really can't comment, except to say that it also is very easy to take, dissolved in OJ or water.
