I have been recieving your organic beetroot powder for some time & up untill now have been satisfied with the quality. I usually purchase 2 lots of the 500 gram packs. Unfortunately, the powder in one of the packs one of the last delivery was lumpy which made it quite difficult to mix with water. I store both the packs in a dry cabinet so it couldn't have come into contact with any moisture as the first pack was perfect. This may be a one off occurence but I would be very dissapointed if it should happen again. This message is just meant as feedback as I realise that you would have limited control over what may come into contact with your products after leaving your factory. perhaps you can mention this to your carrier.
