After that, I had to follow up repeatedly to organise the return and then to obtain a refund for products that cost hundreds of dollars and caused an adverse reaction due to ingredients that weren’t listed on the website. This disrupted a strict medical diet, severely impacting my health and forcing me to restart the entire process. The final reply I received was curt and didn’t acknowledge concerns I’d raised in previous emails. On the positive side, the team was generally friendly, apologised initially for the product issue, and ultimately processed the refund.
