First off, I can’t begin to express my gratitude for HealthPiper. From their caring staff, thorough doctors, and impeccable customer service, there is absolutely nothing more I could ask for in a team. I only wish I was aware of HealthPiper years ago! As someone who has been through this process for several years, I can’t express enough how amazing it feels that I no longer have to deal with the unreliable/non-caring doctors, unresponsive staff, and being uncertain with my life due to not having the proper medication. Mental Health has affected every aspect of my life and I was finally over having to settle with medications that weren't working for me or taking a dosage that wasn’t right due to doctors not taking the proper time to really listen and understand how I was truly feeling. With HealthPiper, everything was so unbelievably easy and fast. They even go out of there way to check up on you to make sure you’re provided the best possible care. Whenever you’re newly finding a doctor or taking a new medication, it can sometimes be an overwhelming process, especially if you aren’t being heard or treated properly., but this has not been the case when it comes to HealthPiper. Whenever I had any questions, comments, or concerns, they would immediately respond and addressed them within that hour. I can’t thank the HealthPiper team enough because they have truly changed my life for the better.
