Doctors and staff are very responsive and helpful, you can message them anytime of the day that you need.
The cost is reasonable for the level of responsiveness and convenience you receive.
Everyone I have spoken too has been friendly and helpful. I prefer the online appointments because they are so much easier to work into your schedule.
I would recommend this app to anyone and couldn’t be more satisfied.
