Terrible company. Received 4 smashed sinks. Even after telling them to put more packaging in the box. Customer support is terrible and does not listen.
Secondly, they are refusing to collect two of the broken sinks stating covid safety. They have collected two broken sinks so why not the other two? Apparently I need to "smash them up" and put it in the bin. Instructing you customers to do something dangerous like smash up ceramic and illegally put it in your waste bin is not on.
Lets hope sink 5 is in one piece!
