Exploiting customers rights, if need to return anything, they should be reported to governement

Bought a double bathroom vanity unit from them, after 1 month of it being professionally installed, cracks started to appear on the front of the worktop. I asked for either a refund or replacement but they are unwilling to co operate. I would understand if it was a year or so down the line but 1 month in, this should not be happening. They said it's water damage, how can a bathroom unit get water damage after one month. And we ve not left water on it anyway. Would not recommend this company or products.

Ordered a shower enclosure, tray and upriser kit spending over £600. Delivery was very quick, but unfortunately the tray was bent/bowed in, contacted the company who arranged a replacement, this arrived the next day but was faulty in exactly the same way/place, suggested the mould may be to blame, and asked if there was an alternative tray, was instead sent a 3rd replacement which was also faulty. In the meantime the enclosure arrived, this was damaged, contacted company who suggested I "bend the damaged parts of the frame back" by the time they responded to me it was too late to organise a replacement, instead offered me £20 as a gesture of goodwill will!!! Left with trying to install a faulty shower tray and a damaged enclosure. Avoid this company.

I hate to say it as with a lot of people the initial response was swift and the customer service again good. But when the product I bought was incompatible with the other item I bought from them (as with other people) this is where it all broke down. I was asked to send a multitude of messages and photos of the item. I did this along with videos of the two items being totally incompatible and yet even after this I am being asked to foot the postage charge for the item (after pictures of it being repackaged "Without too much clear selotape" so it can be resold as new) Personally I think it is a shame as they could just have a decent after sales support and thrive, But instead they have multiple companies (check Pioneer Bathrooms Ltd) with poor ratings and then it looks like they just get another one up and running. Buy elsewhere is what I would say as it truly isnt worth the hassle of dealing with them.

Ordered a Reina Mini thermostatic radiator element from H&P along with a rad. It worked when installed, I turned it off as its not been needed. Then a month or so later it wouldn't start. H&P asked for a video which I sent. They said the manufacturer wanted to know how it was installed and commissioned. I said by qualified professionals. They said the manufacturer needed to know details as if not commissioned correctly the unit would fail. Reina wouldn't send instructions for me to check with installers. Too much hassle to get both plumber and electrician to contact Reina. So I gave up. Binned the Reina and bought another unit elsewhere. Reina proved to be dodgy. H&P took no responsibility. Avoid.

Ordered a shower door. Just over a month later it was fitted. Hinge on the door snapped but despite it having a 12 month warranty on moving parts and lifetime guarantee otherwise apparently it’s not covered for a replacement? No idea how that works but, like others, recommend to avoid

We were sold a faulty shower tray and their customer service is terrible. They will not replace it and do not accept the fault even though I sent a video of it. I was offered a discount of £22 to buy a new tray. Do not go there.

Ordered a bathroom suite delivered to our office, it came 3 days earlier than promised I wasn't there to accept delivery. Coming to fit the suite it was noticed after opening the boxes that the toilet seat was missing, reported it to them but they said I should have checked the delivery. So you receive a delivery 3 days early, that you aren't available for so it is dropped off and you are meant to hold the driver to get the person receiving the delivery open 6 boxes 2 jiffy bags and reconcile what isn't there. Absolute joke! Definitely would not recommend.

Do not use! Avoid this company i had to search for my delivery sent to wrong address. Spent hours on the phone and emails trying to get thing resolved when it come to a return after weeks of trying to sort it out they now want to charge me £160plus VAT which is against the customer rights act 2015 but they don't care! Consumer Rights Act 2015 stipulates that traders must not impose any fee on the consumer in respect of a refund. Specifically, Section 20 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that "the trader must not impose any fee on the consumer in respect of the refund".

5 weeks a go I ordered two vanity units including a sink on the top. They were fitted a week later. There are two cupboard doors under the sink. In less than 4 weeks they have split and blown. I contacted heat and plumb directly to ask if they could replace the doors with better quality ones, assuming that they were maybe a bad batch. They replied to tell me that at no point should any water come in contact with the doors. THE DOORS ARE FITTED DIRECTLY UNDER THE SINK. I had similar units from another company before these and the doors lasted over 5 years! Poor quality products. AVOID.

Do not order from this company !! They were supposed to have delivered a bathroom suite last friday only to tell me there was a problem with their warehouse and that I would not be receiving it. They were overly apologetic and promised me to deliver next week which is today with a 2 hour delivery slot. I informed them I had taken 2 days off work as annual leave to wait in for these deliveries. It's nearly 5pm and guess what still no delivery. I've been on the phone to them 5 times today to only tell me now they cannot get hold of their delivery driver!!!! I'm furious. Never again will I be ordering from this rubbish company Date of experience: 20 September 2024

Horrible experience. I bought a cabinet unit with a mirror from them. The mirror started to peel off after a few months. I contacted them and asked for a refund or replacement but according to HeatandPlumb it's okay that the unit is extremely poor quality but costs a lot of money. Hugely disappointed. I wonder if there's a customer support that could help. They refuse to replace it.

I ordered from this company a Rak sink and all its fittings. The mixer tap I ordered started to leak so I called my plumber. I rang Heat & Plumb to expect a new tap but all I had was a part for tge tap. I had to call my plumber to fit it. I asked if there was any help available to help me pay this unexpected bill. I spoke to a person who's name was Anna. She said she would ring me back but this did not happen. So I sent her a message this she ignored. This is a cowboy outfit AVOID at all costs they are totally umprofessional.

Can’t thank heat and plumb for excellent service for all my new bathroom products . Had a minor hitch with small fitting on shower screen but this was quickly resolved thanks to Mack new part sent out within a few days.

Faulty item but refused to provide a refund. Customer service team have no idea what Consumer Rights Act is and kept telling me incorrect information about my consumer rights. Bounced from one customer service agent to another until I reached a "Senior Customer Service" agent that sent conflicting information and emails that made no sense what so ever. I've had to complain to my credit card company to get my money back as they refuse to collect the item to inspect the fault themselves and refuse to fund me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
