“We have used Heat & Plumb a number of times and we are always very pleased with their service. Whether it’s sorting out an issue ie damage in delivery or the buying experience itself, great prices, delivery always on time. We find phone calls answered quickly (no long holds) even if call needs to be transfer, and the staff are always helpful, and their promises are kept ie call backs in a few hours at most - not days as in some retailers, and we don’t have to chase. A special shout out to Fahim and Mack for their recent help. As a returning customer I will continue to deal with Heat and Plumb without hesitation - I recommend you give them a try.”

“Can’t thank heat and plumb for excellent service for all my new bathroom products . Had a minor hitch with small fitting on shower screen but this was quickly resolved thanks to Mack new part sent out within a few days.”
