Expected delivery today for a shower seat as I'm disabled called several times to ask if the item is on schedule, when I was called back heat and plumb said driver called not find my very central address rediculas no full reason provided. I asked why did the driver not call no no reason given just told it should now be delivered after the weekend on Monday.
I said if not Monday then I will cancel this order.
I'm at cost as I had someone waiting to inspect and fit. Very disappointed
