Courier came today and instead of contacting me or getting a neighbour to take my parcel in they chose to return it and are going to charge me a fee to redeliver plus I’ve lost an afternoons work due to not having the materials so I’m fast I’ve lost a considerable amount of money. I’ve had issues with them before but I’m leaving a bad review this time. Bought the item from Drench.com and won’t use heat and plumb again!
