HORRIFIC COMPANY- DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!
I ordered an expensive toilet from them, it arrived damaged. I asked for a replacement, this arrived damaged. Each time you have to send photos of the damage to them before they will even consider a replacement. I have now been waiting a week for them to collect the toilet and issue a refund They keep saying someone will collect the toilet and it never happens. I keep taking days off work as they say it will be collected and they don't show up. DISGUSTING company.
