BEWARE DO NOT USE …. Customer service WORST experience I have ever had . Bought a shower set , when installed noticed the showerhead was damaged . Contacted them to be told there was nothing they could do because I hadn't reported it within 72 hours which is total rubbish a customer has a reasonable amount of time and as I explained I wasn't installing the shower straight away as workmen were not at that stage .
Totally quoting terms and conditions that's all they could say ridiculous Trading Standards notified expect your shower back .
