I made two orders with Heat and plumb - one i had no issue with, the other was a different story.
They sent me two faulty products (the second being a replacement for the first) and trying to arrange a return and refund was an absolute nightmare. There customer service was shocking. I have an email chain with over 70 messages and the issue is still not resolved.
I would not order with them again.
