Placed an order online , I had to then call them after 3 attempts eventually got through to an overseas call centre , the first person said they had no order on record, I called back again and the second person found the order I had to ask for a copy to be e-mailed to my address.
Then had to contact them re delivery, online chat, they said they can do next day delivery, but they simply can't.
Another call to cancel my order, and ask for a refund, and I'm not at all confident they knew what I was asking for.
In the end I have raised an issue with paypal.
