neo hub - forget it. After a year but still in warranty it disconnected from the "cloud" after 3 months of "support" I finally gave up when they said "can you take it round to a neighbour and ask if you can connect it to their network" !!!!!!!!!
I bought a Tuya app device for less than a quarter of the price and it's perfect - both from Amazon so be warned - the most expensive definitely wasn't the best in my case. I have NO ROOM for anything heatmiser in this house, ever again.
