Very straight forward. Did not try to sell me anything else apart from what I wanted. Offered me other add onsto my insurance but i had the choice and did not keep on. Brilliant. All done online, which i like. 5 ***** rating. At the moment. Just took out the insurance, so time will tell. If they are good and premiums dont rise much then all my family will switch 👍
