I just spoke to Kyle on the online chat - he was beyond helpful and so polite. I felt a bit bad as my request was a bit of a process and I was aware that it was almost 5:30 and didn't want to keep him from heading home on time. He said not to worry and that it was a pleasure. He checked in the whole way along and gave me very clear instructions. I'm a very happy customer!
