I liked the way Hedgehog did not need evidence of my NCD as they were able to access the information themselves.
Very competitive price for the insurance
Unimpressed that my bank details were not recognised as genuine. I use Triodos bank as they do not invest in fossil fuels. I had to use a credit card to pay for the insurance.
