I was very satisfied with everything BUT felt that the courtesy car add on part was misleading. I read it as actually paying the add on to upgrade courtesy car type and not to add a car. When I went through Dean at customer services, he said that I could not put a courtesy car on the policy until renewal next year. A little unfair.
