I was very impressed with the customer service in sorting proof of my higher NCD than the usual upper limit of 9 years. I've had awful experiences in the past with well known companies. The Customer service adviser had a very friendly and relaxed demeanor and was a refreshing change from the seemingly obstructive companies in the past.
