Returns a nightmare!!! After emailing, calling USA phone number which doesn’t even identify the company,calling the UK I still haven’t received a response!! I feel the service is a nightmare! Buyer beware!! Also one swimsuit sent with a dirty hygiene pad! Disgusting!! I anticipate NOT getting a response from the inadequate customer service department.. costly lesson learned. Do not purchase from HEIDI KLEIN!!! Can’t even get a RMA number to return merchandise and since they only allow 21 days for returns I’m probably not going to get a refund! Very unprofessional company!!
