Trying to reach you here as I get no replies on you customer service mail. You charged me for my order of +300 GBP more than a month ago, but still haven’t delivered my order. Initially stalled by saying trouble with freight providers, but now no answers at all. What is going on?? If you can’t deliver then say so and refund immediately!
