The Customer Service is basically inexistent, and sums up to if we can’t deal with it we are ignoring it. As to my matter, that I have repeatedly brought to their attention, it was handled unprofessionally to start with and then totally ignored. It is no coincidence that the reviews on their facebook page are not active and you will see complaints in other social media comments section.
