I wanted to test the helium 10 software for a month to see how it works and if it could benefit my business.
I chose the Platinum subscribtion, which was 97 USD/month, with a 30 day money back guarantee. After 20 days I cancelled the subscribtion because it wasn't worth it. But didn't receive my money back. Since then I am trying to get in contact with them but they don't reply to my emails and messages. I feel scammed.
