Generally I LOVE your tools but Adtomic is super buggy and support generally doesn't have answers for Adtomic or other issues we have with your software. We keep getting answers like, "sorry, we haven't forgotten about you issue but we haven't heard back from the development team yet". This can go on for weeks or more and become a bit frustrating. I know that H10 wants to be the 1 software suite for all but if there are bugs that go unaddressed for long periods of time it can make a person feels like they need to find other solutions.
