The reports are not as good as other tools, it's hard to drill down on certain KPIs of this business. Make all reports exportable to excel or gdocs specially the profit by product by date type.
Also the inventory tools should take into account seasonality more historic data and more advanced statistical formulas to forecast.
All this is very simple to implement and have a huge difference vs other tools out there.
