All in all it's not bad. For a brand new seller though, you kind of leave us out here on a limb all by ourselves and you cater to your bigger customers (I get it of course....just kind of scary being out here as a company of 1 trying to do all the right things all by yourself and knowing when to do something). You guys put out a lot of videos, but true 1-on-1 support explaining when to do something (like PPC...I am struggling with that right now..but I will get through it) is just not available (unless you are an elite member). Again, I understand you can't cater to every one of your customers.
