I've tried a number of tools for keyword research, and Helium 10 is by far the most comprehensive and flexible. The new email follow-up tool is great and simple to use -- We had a horrible experience with an email tool from a different vendor that just "went away" one day, and never fully worked in the first place. It is awesome to have all the Helium 10 functionality in a single tool.
