I really love how you keep adding new tools but the price stays the same. One way I would suggest improving Follow-up is to include a feature that managebystats and feedback whiz have...which is being able to download reports that includes the customers name and address that way we are able to put it in a spreadsheet. I really hope you will be able to add this feature!
