I like the many services provided, but as a new seller with only 1 product that is still struggling for consistent profit, I find the monthly cost quite a bit. I'd like to see maybe 6 months or even a year of a reduced price (not free), which I think would pay off for Helium 10 in the long run. But keep up the good work. The service itself is great! :) PS. I think the names of the different tools are kinda silly. For the first while (as a newbie), I would have rather had the names just say exactly what they do... instead of BlackBox, Cerebro, Trendster and Magnet.
