Like - its good. Customer service is great. Support is great. Learning is great. But the only thing that really drives me crazy. - The ridiculous names for each tool which requires me to learn/memorize just another thing. Small i know. But still.. why these names for the tools. - Now i have to teach employees. It's not OUT OF THE BOX self-explanatory. Every new user is going to log in and be like. .. hmmm ok... Cerebro... ahhh whats that? Magnet... Like, can't apples be called apples ? Another thing is. #1 - I would like to export the data for the tracking of products. - I want to track the changes and graph them. Including rank #2 - I would like the ability to create some kind of keyword log book for sets of keywords and have notes for those sets. - So say I am researching keywords for basketballs. - I want to save some keywords to a clipboard/folder for specific words for PPC or specific words for PRIMARY or specific words for ...... - then also add notes to those folder/sets/clipboards etc...
