The item ordered (frog in a box) is faulty - frog doesn't jump out as described. I've contacted customer services to request an exchange, was told that I needed to send a photo (of the frog not jumping?). I replied that I was happy to return the item and have a replacement sent 3 days ago but have not yet received a response.
