I paid a premium for next day delivery as the item was needed for a present but DPD did not deliver - I was offered a refund on the postage but that doesn’t make up for the disappointment that the present was not delivered on time. Parcel delivered next day and postage was refunded but won’t order from Hello Baby again ☹️
