I ordered a slumbertot blanket for my daughter which came without problems but unfortunately after a few months the Velcro on the feet and one hand would no longer work. I raised this with HelloBaby and they sent out a brand new one without question after seeing a photo and asked that I donate the original one to charity.
They were very helpful and friendly and I would definitely recommend them.
