I placed my order and was provided an confirmation email. I however did not receive a shipping notice. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my mailbox and received my package. I live in Canada and my wait time was really good in my opinion. Opened it up, installed the batteries and it works like a charm. My daughter was heart broken when her original stopped working and I could only find the star 65 and up until I stumbled upon Hellobaby for 38 dollars.
